Recruitment Classification

Regular recruitment: Recruitment conducted on a regular basis in the first half or second half of the year for new employees with a college degree or higher.
Occasional recruitment: Recruitment of human resources necessary for the promotion of the company's strategy when needed.
Regular employment: Recruitment by receiving applications for employment only in the fields of manufacturing technology, development, and planning when the company needs human resources.
