Main Duties of the Casting Quality Team |
Perform internal quality control tasks
These tasks are to identify the product performance and quality reliability required by customers through overall quality management activities for products, to continuously improve quality to meet customer requirements, to conduct regular audits on products, and to promote product yield improvements.
Perform external quality control tasks
These tasks include process audits, initial product approvals, and inspection agreements in all stages of mass production to secure the quality of newly developed products, as well as periodic inspections of the standard performance status of mass-produced products in the mass-production stage and the dissemination of quality management techniques for continuous improvement.
These tasks are to ensure stable supply and demand and quality of parts.
Customer Quality Assurance
In response to various customer needs, we comply with all laws and regulations by auditing products recalled from customers, subscribing to product liability (PL) insurance, conducting company-wide quality assurance activities, and responding to regulatory requirements.
Performing quality assurance activities requires communication skills to clearly communicate customer requirements along with basic quality inspection management, quality control, a system, analysis, judgment, and rapid performance of work in the case of quality problems.
