Technology Division
Main Duties of the Material Manufacturing Technology Team and the Development Team
  • Perform tasks such as improvement of quality problems occurring in the casting process, tryout of developed products, and setting of casting plans through casting analysis.
  • Perform tasks including mold development, production/improvements, design specification management, and mold quality improvement.
  • Manage the mold production schedule and development schedule
Main Duties of the Sales Planning Team
  • Proceed with product pre-cost review and cost estimation work
  • Prepare internal and external sales strategies, equipment CAPA analysis, and annual business plan data
  • Conduct activities to win orders from new customers
Quality Division
Main Duties of the Casting Quality Team
  • Perform internal quality control tasks
    These tasks are to identify the product performance and quality reliability required by customers through overall quality management activities for products, to continuously improve quality to meet customer requirements, to conduct regular audits on products, and to promote product yield improvements.
  • Perform external quality control tasks
    These tasks include process audits, initial product approvals, and inspection agreements in all stages of mass production to secure the quality of newly developed products, as well as periodic inspections of the standard performance status of mass-produced products in the mass-production stage and the dissemination of quality management techniques for continuous improvement.
    These tasks are to ensure stable supply and demand and quality of parts.
  • Customer Quality Assurance
    In response to various customer needs, we comply with all laws and regulations by auditing products recalled from customers, subscribing to product liability (PL) insurance, conducting company-wide quality assurance activities, and responding to regulatory requirements.
    Performing quality assurance activities requires communication skills to clearly communicate customer requirements along with basic quality inspection management, quality control, a system, analysis, judgment, and rapid performance of work in the case of quality problems.
Casting Division
Major Tasks for Casting Production
  • We are engaged in production activities based on the production plan of the production management department.
  • According to the plan, weekly and nighttime personnel management, facility management, casting quality control, production performance management, and efficiency management by facility are carried out.
Major Tasks for Casting Facilities
  • We always strive to work and operate our facility with a research attitude.
  • We make facility maintenance and improvement a part of our daily work, and perform tasks based on process shortening and worker safety, and also carry out preventive maintenance.
Major Tasks for Casting Molds
  • Mold repair and improvement work for production
  • Repair work when mold is lowered after production, spare part management, and mold history management
  • Mold tool life management, daily inspection
Management Division
Major Tasks for Management
  • In charge of the operation of the entire company.
    If the work is not handled properly, the entire company can be disrupted.
  • The essence of this division's work is to provide services to management and other departments, and its role is management and coordination.
  • In charge of executive work assistance, work coordination between departments, in-house activities and external negotiations, document management, regulation management, asset management, vehicle management, protocols and events, and administrative tasks

  • Performance of safety and health management activities based on the Industrial Safety and Health Act, management of city gas and firefighting facilities, and liaisoning with government offices
