Die Casting
This is a casting technology that molds a product by injecting molten aluminum or a nonferrous alloy into a precisely processed mold at high speed and high pressure.
It is suitable for mass production of automobile parts, etc., due to its excellent productivity and low price.
It has high dimensional accuracy, requires relatively little post-processing, and generally has excellent mechanical properties, including tensile strength and hardness.

Generally, it has been used only for structural material such as cases or housing because of the large differences in quality depending on the casting conditions and the low reliability of the products.
However, recently, special die-casting methods such as vacuum die-casting have been developed, and these methods are used in the production of high-end functional parts that require pressure-resistant airtightness, such as automobile air conditioner compressor parts, transmission cases, cylinder blocks, and LPG vaporizers.
In addition to general die-cast parts such as automobile engine oil pans, cylinder head covers, and transmission cases, we also produce high-performance, pressure-resistant airtight products including valve bodies for automobile automatic transmissions and oil pump housing parts by applying vacuum and local pressurized die-casting (partial squeeze).
